Renaissance by Rennes invites the media and public to attend an upcoming event featuring former Wisconsin Governor and author, Marty Schreiber, who shares his story of love, life, learning, and caregiving as detailed in his award-winning book, “My Two Elaines: Learning, Coping and Surviving as an Alzheimer’s Caregiver.”
As two-thirds of those with Alzheimer’s are women, Marty offers special guidance for anyone thrust into this unexpected job. This presentation is ideal for caregivers, family members and loved ones who want a greater understanding of caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s.
With patience, adaptability, and even a sense of humor, Marty shows how love continues for his Second Elaine. Following the presentation, Marty will stay for a Question & Answer period with the audience where he can share his invaluable experience and insight with audience members.
Light refreshments and books will be available. Admission is free to the public.
