McMahon, a full-service professional engineering, architectural and consulting firm, in partnership with general contractor Bayland Buildings, is proud to announce its role in the expansion of the Village of Harrison municipal garage. McMahon provided the full design services and owner’s representation during construction for the project, which is set to enhance the Village’s ability to serve its growing community.
The project includes an 11,400-square-foot addition to the current garage. Key features of the expansion include:
· A new full pass-through wash bay and three additional full pass-through parking bays.
· Conversion of the existing wash bay into a new department of public works office space, ADA-compliant restrooms and storage space.
· A full upgrade to the vehicle exhaust removal system in the current garage.
· Resurfacing of the existing garage’s concrete floor with a new resinous floor system.

The groundbreaking is set for July 16, 2025, at the Village Hall, with the project expected to be complete by March 2026.
