Houdini’s (not-so) Vanishing Elephant, Saturday, October 3, 10am-2pm

In celebration of the 100th anniversary of Houdini’s death, Museum is honoring his legacy with extraordinary glass and magic adventures! Make a special Art Activity Day activity ($20, pre registration), watch a magic show (free!) and listen to a poem about Houdini by Wisconsin Poet Laureate, Brenda Cárdenas (free!) plus Houdini inspired free kids’ activities. Organizers of Bergstrom-Mahler Museum of Glass’ GLASS Arts Festival, Presented by Miron Construction, announced today that the festival and its Friday VIP event will be relocated from the Bergstrom-Mahler Museum of Glass grounds to the Fox Cities Exhibition Center in Appleton.

Bergstrom-Mahler Museum of Glass announces the successful completion of its renovation project and related campaign that enhanced its mission, engagement, accessibility, and visitor experience for more than 32,500 annual visitors and glass enthusiasts. To celebrate its completion, the Museum invites the community for a “Our Time to Shine Community Celebration” on Saturday, June 27 from 10am-2pm.

The Museum is honored to present Teen Voices in Glass: 2026 Area High School Glass Exhibition presented by Jewelers Mutual featuring glass art created by students at 12 regionally located high schools.
