Verve, a Credit Union has announced the promotion of Kyle Elsner-Engebos to the role of Vice President of Experience + Growth. In his expanded leadership role, Elsner-Engebos will work with leaders and teams across Verve to enhance member experience, mentor and develop team members, and advance strategic credit union priorities.

Verve, a Credit Union, has named Barb Eastman Assistant Vice President of Loan Operations. In her new role, Eastman will oversee consumer, mortgage, and commercial loan processing and servicing. She will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the lending lifecycle, supporting organizational growth goals, and delivering an exceptional experience for both members and team members. She will report to the Chief Operations Officer.

Verve, a Credit Union, is introducing the Verve CARES Loan to help individuals and families impacted by the July 27 tornado in Menasha access funds for immediate recovery needs. Available to current Verve members and non-members impacted by the tornado, the Verve CARES Loan can help cover temporary housing, emergency expenses, contractor deposits, and other disaster recovery costs.

Verve, a Credit Union, has named Jamie Van Wagoner Assistant Vice President of Experience & Growth – Digital Branch. In this role, Van Wagoner will lead Verve’s Digital Branch, overseeing video tellers, phone service and sales, chat, and video banking.

Matt Loranger has been appointed Vice President of Risk Management at Verve, a Credit Union. Loranger joins Verve from First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union in Allentown, PA, where he served as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management.
