In 1948, Peter Duke Heid founded Heid Music, selling musical instruments and encouraging schools to offer music education. He is widely credited with bringing music and music education to Northeastern Wisconsin. Over 77 years, three generations and five stores strong, music education continues to be the foundation of Heid Music and our driving force.
